Product Description
How to Play
Game begins with all 10 number tiles flipped up. Players take turns rolling the dice and laying down the tiles that add up to the same value of the roll. Game play ends when someone shuts the box (gets all tiles down) or if a player cannot put down any more tiles based on the value of the roll. Count the value of the remaining tiles that could not be flipped down. Player with the lowest score wins.
Game History
Shut the Box is believed to have originated in 12th Century France off the coast of Normandy. After a long day at sea, fishermen squandered away their earnings by placing bets on this fun, fast-paced dice game.
